Terms & Conditions

Subscription Policy

Zen Management does not offer prorated refunds for canceled subscriptions. All subscriptions are recurring and will automatically renew at the end of each paid subscription period, including both month-to-month and annual plans.

It is your responsibility to evaluate Zen Management, including its features, limitations, and system requirements, before selecting any paid subscription plan. Zen Management will not issue refunds due to a lack of understanding of system requirements, compatibility issues, inadequate internet speed or consistency, or incompatible devices, operating systems, or browser software versions.

Zen Management designs websites to function with the most popular current browsers (e.g., Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge). However, we cannot guarantee compatibility across all browser software and operating systems. Zen Management does not accept responsibility for web pages that fail to display correctly in new browser versions released after the website has been designed and handed over to the client. Any modifications needed to accommodate browser updates may incur additional charges.

Subscription Fees

Clients agree to pay all subscription fees and authorize Zen Management (and its payment processors) to charge their designated bank account or credit card, as indicated on their subscription and billing page. All subscriptions are recurring and will renew automatically unless canceled.

Cancellation Policy

Subscription fees are automatically charged on a recurring basis until the client cancels their subscription. Clients may cancel their subscription by logging into their Zen Management account, navigating to the billing settings, and selecting the "Change" or "Cancel" option. A confirmation email will be sent with the expiration date of the subscription. Clients are solely responsible for properly canceling their accounts.

General Refunds

Subscription plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable. Zen Management does not offer prorated refunds for canceled subscription plans. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade adjustments, or unused service periods with an open account.

All subscriptions, both month-to-month and annual plans, are recurring and will automatically renew after the end of each paid subscription period.

Refund Policy for Annual Plans

Zen Management offers an Annual Subscription Plan at a discounted rate. Clients should select this plan only if they are certain that Zen Management meets their business needs. It is the client’s responsibility to evaluate the system before committing to an annual plan.

If a client is unsure about compatibility, they should not choose the Annual Plan. Zen Management will not issue refunds for Annual Plan customers due to misunderstanding system requirements, compatibility issues, or device/browser incompatibilities.

By choosing the Annual Plan, clients agree to a one-year contract. If they cancel before the subscription term ends, they will still be responsible for paying the full annual fee, and access to services will continue until the subscription expires.

Third-Party Charges

Clients are responsible for paying fees and charges associated with third-party vendors whose services they use in connection with Zen Management (e.g., plug-ins, CRMs, web hosting fees, domain fees). Additionally, Zen Management reserves the right to pass on any regulatory, governmental fees, or other legally required charges assessed in connection with our services.

Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold Zen Management and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the use of Zen Management services, third-party software compatibility issues, or any breach of these Terms & Conditions. This includes indemnification against claims resulting from errors, fraud, misrepresentations, or any misuse of Zen Management’s platform.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring all necessary payments for services are made in a timely manner. Zen Management is not responsible for any penalties, interest, or additional fees incurred due to late payments, missed filings, or regulatory compliance failures.

Zen Management will not attempt to detect fraud, errors, or misrepresentations in client data. Clients must provide accurate and complete information when using Zen Management’s services.

Data Privacy and Security

Zen Management makes every effort to protect client information and maintain confidentiality. However, electronic communications such as email are inherently insecure, and Zen Management disclaims any liability for intercepted, misdelivered, or corrupted data transmissions.

Zen Management will not disclose client data to third parties unless required by law, court order, or regulatory authority. Clients agree to indemnify Zen Management from any claims resulting from unauthorized disclosure of sensitive information due to factors outside Zen Management’s control.

Limitation of Liability

Zen Management shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of its services, including but not limited to lost revenue, data loss, business interruptions, or third-party software compatibility failures. The total liability of Zen Management under any circumstances shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the preceding six months.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be submitted to mediation under the rules of the American Arbitration Association before pursuing legal action. Each party shall be responsible for its own legal fees associated with dispute resolution.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the United States, depending on the jurisdiction of the client’s principal business location. Any legal proceedings related to these terms shall be conducted in Dubai, UAE, or the appropriate jurisdiction in the United States.

Amendments and Modifications

Zen Management reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of Zen Management services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
